Hi Kelly and the IronMatt team,
I hope you’re doing well – I’m writing with a long overdue thank you from our family for the incredibly generous support we’ve been receiving from your foundation.
Bea’s treatment journey for her ATRT diagnosis has been riddled with complications at every step, but having the financial assistance from IronMatt has allowed me to step back from my job so I can dedicate every minute to her care, and to our beautiful baby girl Reid — who actually was born blind, so requires extra medical attention as well.
The one light in this dark journey has been finding the “helpers” along the way. From a few very special nurses, to our hometown rallying behind us, and to groups like yourselves who are so selflessly dedicating their work to helping families in need.
I just hope once we are through this chapter that I can pay it forward to others in our situation.
